DLC Management Corporation has announced its latest lease at Frederick County Square, the former home of K-Mart on the Golden Mile. Harbor Freight Tools will occupy a 17,202 sq. ft. portion of the building.
Since 1968, Harbor Freight Tools has been known as the national leader in selling high quality tools at low prices. Harbor Freight Tools stocks over 7,000 items in categories including automotive, shop equipment, air and power tools, outdoor equipment, compressors, welding, and woodworking tools. Harbor Freight Tools operates over 1000 stores across the United States, and is a popular outlet for contractors, government agencies, manufacturing companies, and do-it-yourselfers.
This newest tenant comes on the heels of the expanding international grocer, Lidl announcing their arrival to the center with a 27,799 sq. ft. location along with Ollie’s Bargain Outlet.
DLC Management acquired Frederick County Square in 2019. This 227,000 SF shopping center is located immediately west of the Rt. 15 and W. Patrick Street (Rt. 40) on the Golden Mile.
