Earlier this month, our team had the opportunity to tour Matan’s most recent project—Progress Labs at Riverside 1. Developed to meet the rising real estate demand from the life sciences industry, the project will deliver 215,000 SF of biomanufacturing-ready space in summer 2022 and is currently being marketed to prospective tenants.

This new project by MATAN is located in Riverside Research Park. Riverside Research Park is a world-class research park with unparalleled amenities that has emerged as a prominent business address in the Frederick market. The 177-acre complex is home to Charles River Laboratories and the National Cancer Institute’s Frederick National Laboratory Facility and includes additional shovel ready sites.
