This month, we are featuring local businesses that are currently or recently expanded and/or renovated their Frederick facilities. In honor of Economic Development Week, this month we are spotlighting creative local initiatives that are helping strengthen Frederick’s business ecosystem. These innovative programs are fostering critical connections and leveraging diverse resources to make Frederick an even better place to live, work, and play.

We never cease to be amazed by all the cool resources right here in Frederick! Did you know our city is home to the National Park Service’s Historical Preservation Training Center? The Frederick facility serves as the headquarters for the program’s sixteen locations nationwide and supports the preservation & maintenance of over 400 historically significant parks across the country!
